Log in and go to My Account. From there, you can update your information, manage subscriptions, and view account details.

Click HERE to browse subscription options.
For personal subscriptions, choose from the standard options.
For gifts, look for the gift icon next to the product image.
Use the logo menu at the top to switch between products. Once you've selected a subscription type, click Add to Cart > Checkout.
For gifts, you'll be prompted to enter the recipient’s address.
For personal subscriptions, your address will auto-fill.
Complete checkout to finish your order.
Visit our Activation Page. Enter your account number (found on your mailing label, without leading zeroes) and your 5-digit ZIP code.
With a WORLD print subscription, you'll receive 12 issues per year plus instant access to online content.
Please allow 4–6 weeks for your first print issue to arrive.
Go to My Account > Account Information > Edit, update your mailing address, and click Update to save.
Note: Address changes may take up to 4–6 weeks to be reflected in your print delivery.
How can I update a gift recipient’s address?
Please contact Member Services with the recipient’s name and new address at
(828) 435-2981 or memberservices@wng.org.
We offer one complimentary replacement issue per calendar year.
Additional copies are available for $7.00 each.
You may also upgrade to first-class shipping—contact Member Services to arrange this.
How do I stop automatic renewal?
Go to My Account > My Subscriptions and click Remove Auto-Renew for any subscription you want to manage manually.
How can I update my credit card or cancel a subscription?
Go to My Account > Account Info > Saved Credit Cards to update or add a card.
Set your new card as default.
Go to My Subscriptions, select Use a different card, and assign the updated card.
To cancel a subscription, use the Cancel option from the My Subscriptions section.
Go to My Account > My Subscriptions, select the subscription with a payment due, and follow the steps to pay online.
